Accessibility statement
- We want everyone to be able to use TeeSee, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- You can use the whole site with a keyboard, a screen reader, or zoomed in up to 400%.
- A few things aren't perfect yet. They're listed below.
- If something doesn't work for you, email [email protected] and we'll help.
What you should be able to do
- Use every page with only a keyboard, and always see where you are on the page.
- Use a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or Windows Narrator. Progress (such as "Picture ready") and error messages are read out.
- Zoom in up to 400%, or use TeeSee on a small phone, without having to scroll sideways.
- Turn on "reduce motion" in your device settings to switch off animations.
- Change colours, fonts and text size in your browser or device settings.
AbilityNet's My Computer My Way explains how to make your own device easier to use.
What isn't perfect yet
We know about these and are working on them:
- Descriptions of your pictures. TeeSee doesn't yet write a text description of each picture it makes. Screen readers announce picture buttons (for example "Show this picture"), but not what's in the picture.
- Placing lettering. In Add lettering you move text by dragging it or with the arrow keys. There are no on-screen buttons for nudging it yet.
- Slide shows. The videos TeeSee makes have no captions or audio description. If you share them, add a written description to your post.
- Other companies' pages. Paying (Stripe), signing in with Google and your Printify account are run by those companies, so their accessibility is out of our hands.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something hard to use, or need information in a different format, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll reply within 5 working days. If you can't complete something because of a problem on our side, we'll help you do it another way.
If you're in the UK and you're not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
How we test TeeSee
We last checked the site on 29 October 2026, against WCAG 2.2 level AA:
- automated checks (axe) on every public and member page, on a computer-sized and a phone-sized screen;
- going through every page with only a keyboard, including pop-ups;
- checking pages at 320 pixels wide (the same as 400% zoom on a laptop);
- checking that progress and error messages are read out by screen readers.
We fixed everything those checks found. We'll check again whenever we make big changes, and at least once a year.
