- We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we are
TeeSee (teesee.app) is run by ALRIT Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07424538), whose registered office is at 40 Kerscott Close, Wigan, Greater Manchester, WN3 4JB, United Kingdom. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean ALRIT Solutions Limited.
We are the controller of your personal information. If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your information, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
| Information | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| Your account: email address, your password (stored scrambled, so we can't read it), your name if you sign in with Google, and the country you tell us you live in. | To create and run your account, sign you in, and check TeeSee is available where you live. |
| What you make and upload: the descriptions and settings you enter, the pictures, mockups, photos and posts TeeSee makes for you, and pictures you upload. | To make your pictures and keep them in your library until you delete them. |
| Credits: your balance, what each job used and any credits you buy. | To charge the right number of credits, refund them if a job fails, and keep the records the law requires. |
| Printify connection (only if you connect it): the access token you give us, kept encrypted, and your shop's name. | To show your Printify products in TeeSee and send designs to your shop when you ask. |
| Sign-up checks: the internet address (IP address) and country you sign up from, and a random ID stored in your browser. | To stop people collecting free starter credits with lots of accounts, and to protect the site from abuse. |
| Waiting list: your email address, the country you chose and the internet address you joined from. | To email you when TeeSee opens where you live. That's the only thing we use it for. |
| Technical information: server logs of requests and errors, including internet addresses and browser types. | To keep TeeSee working, find faults and keep it secure. |
| Emails with us: anything you send us. | To reply and help you. |
We don't ask for, and don't want, sensitive information such as health details or anything about your beliefs. Please don't put personal details about other people in your descriptions or uploads.
Our legal reasons for using it
- To provide the service you've asked for (our contract with you): your account, what you make, credits and your Printify connection.
- Our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse of free credits, keeping TeeSee secure, fixing faults and improving it. We've weighed these against your rights, and use as little information as we can.
- Your consent: the waiting list. You can ask us to remove you at any time.
- Legal obligations: keeping records of payments for tax, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with companies that help us run TeeSee, who may use it only to provide their service to us:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server TeeSee and its database are on.
- Cloudflare, which protects the site, delivers it quickly and runs the "are you a person?" check on our forms.
- An AI image service, which receives your descriptions and pictures (for example the shirt and scene for a mockup) to make your images. It doesn't use them to train its models.
- Our email provider, which sends account emails such as sign-up confirmations and password resets.
- Printify, only if you connect your shop, and only what's needed to show your products and send designs you choose.
- Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google": Google tells us your email address and name.
- Our payment provider, when you buy credits. Card details go straight to them; we never see or store them.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the public or us.
Information sent outside the UK
Some of the companies above are based in, or use servers in, the United States and other countries. When information leaves the UK we make sure it's protected to UK standards, for example through the UK–US data bridge or the UK's approved contract terms.
How long we keep it
- Your account and pictures: while your account is open. You can delete pictures at any time. If you close your account we delete it, and your pictures, within 30 days.
- Payment records: six years, because tax law requires it.
- Waiting list: until we've told you TeeSee is open, and at most two years, or sooner if you ask.
- Server logs: only as long as we need them to look into problems, normally no more than 90 days.
- Backups: deleted information can stay in backups for up to 30 days until they're replaced.
Cookies
We only use cookies that TeeSee needs to work and stay secure, so we don't show a cookie banner. We don't use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
| Cookie | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
| TeeSee.Auth | Keeps you signed in. | Until you sign out, or up to 14 days with "Keep me signed in" |
| .AspNetCore.Antiforgery… | Protects our forms from being submitted by other websites. | Until you close your browser |
| teesee.d | A random ID for this browser, used only to stop free starter credits being claimed again and again. | 2 years |
| Identity.External and Google sign-in cookies | Used briefly while you sign in with Google. | A few minutes |
| Cloudflare cookies (such as __cf_bm, cf_clearance) | Set by Cloudflare to tell people from bots and protect the site. | Up to a year, most much shorter |
Your browser also keeps your unfinished design settings for the current tab, so they're still there if you move to another page. These never leave your browser and are cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- get a copy of the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it's wrong;
- have it deleted;
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it;
- receive it in a format you can take elsewhere;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example to the waiting list.
Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. It's free. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Keeping it safe
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) throughout. Passwords are stored scrambled, Printify tokens are encrypted, and only we can get into the server and database. No system is perfectly secure, but if something ever went wrong that put your information at risk, we'd tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
Children
TeeSee is for adults running their own shops. You must be 18 or over to use it, and we don't knowingly collect information about children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we'll email account holders before it takes effect.
