Terms of use
- TeeSee helps you make print designs, mockups and ad photos for clothing you sell.
- What you make is yours to use, but you're responsible for making sure it doesn't copy anyone else's work, brand or characters.
- Each job costs a few credits, shown before you start. If a job fails, the credits go back.
- Don't use TeeSee for anything illegal, hateful or harmful, or to get round its limits.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use TeeSee at teesee.app. TeeSee is run by ALRIT Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07424538), whose registered office is at 40 Kerscott Close, Wigan, Greater Manchester, WN3 4JB, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at [email protected].
By creating an account or using TeeSee you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use TeeSee.
2. Who can use TeeSee
You must be 18 or over. TeeSee is currently available to people living in the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia. You can use TeeSee for your own business, or as a hobby seller.
3. Your account
- Give us a real email address that you use, and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person, one account. Free starter credits are given once per person (and to a small number of accounts per household or internet connection). We may hold back or remove free credits from accounts that look like duplicates.
- Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has got into your account.
4. Credits
- Making things in TeeSee uses credits. The cost depends on the job, the quality and the size, and is always shown before you start.
- If a job fails and nothing is made, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Credits are for use in TeeSee only. They have no cash value, and can't be sold or transferred to another account.
- We may change credit prices in future. A change never affects jobs you've already started, and the price before you start is always the one you pay.
- Full terms for buying credits, including refunds, will be added here before credit packs go on sale. Your legal rights as a consumer are never affected.
5. What you make
- It's yours to use. As between you and us, you own the designs, mockups, photos and text TeeSee makes for you, and the pictures you upload. You can use them on products you sell, in your listings and in your advertising.
- You're responsible for what you ask for. Don't ask TeeSee to copy other people's logos, brands, characters, artwork or trademarked phrases, or to show real people without their permission. Check designs before you sell them. If someone claims a design you've sold infringes their rights, that's between you and them.
- AI-made pictures. TeeSee uses artificial intelligence to make pictures. Similar descriptions can produce similar pictures for other people, so we can't promise a design is unique. In some countries, pictures made mostly by AI may not be protected by copyright in the same way as hand-made work.
- Your uploads. Only upload pictures you have the right to use. You give us permission to store and process what you upload and make, only so we can provide TeeSee to you.
- Check before you print. AI can make mistakes, such as misspelling words or changing details. Always check a design, mockup or photo before you use it.
6. What you mustn't do
Don't use TeeSee to make or upload anything that:
- is illegal, or encourages anything illegal;
- is sexual and involves anyone under 18, or is sexually explicit;
- is hateful, harassing or threatening, or promotes violence;
- copies or infringes someone else's intellectual property;
- pretends to be, or is meant to mislead people about, a real person or business.
And don't try to get round TeeSee's limits or checks, create accounts to collect free credits, interfere with the site, or use automated tools to access it. We may refuse a job, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
7. Other services
TeeSee works with other services, such as Printify and Google. When you connect or use them, their own terms apply too, and we're not responsible for them. For example, your Printify shop, products and orders are between you and Printify.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep TeeSee running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may improve, change or stop features. If we ever close TeeSee, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can download your pictures.
9. Our responsibility to you
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
- TeeSee is a tool for your business. We're not responsible for lost profits, lost sales or business losses, or for problems caused by designs you choose to sell.
- Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened.
10. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Download anything you want to keep first, because closing your account deletes your pictures. We may close or suspend an account that breaks these terms; if we close an account for any other reason, we'll give notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or payments. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll email account holders before it takes effect. If you keep using TeeSee after that, the new terms apply.
12. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can be decided by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under your local consumer law that these terms don't take away.
If you have a problem, please email [email protected] first. Most things can be sorted out quickly.
